What costs of FBA freight?

It depends on what kind of delivery you wanted.for small volume cargo it is usually by express courier with UPS or DHL or

EMS or fedex, freight will be simple as picking up + courier fee from door picking up to amazon warehouse.
If it is by air, the freight will be picking up + air freight + customs duties + customs brokerage fee + delivery from

airport to FBA warehouse fee.
If it is by sea, freight will be picking up + documentation fee + sea freight + customs duties + customs brokerage fee +

port terminal fee delivery from sea port to Amazon’s fulfillment centers.

Can I cancel my shipping if I don’t like the quote?

Yes, and your deposit will be refunded.

How much and what is in the order deposit?

When you place an order you pay a deposit. The amount is the full price of NBW freight’s service. Please note that this deposit does not include the cost of shipping,

customs duties, customs brokerage fees, port fees, delivery from the port to NBW freight’s warehouse, or final delivery to Amazon.

Why can’t I get an exact quote before placing my order?

Usually our quotes are very close to our estimates, but due to slight variations in shipping prices, port/terminal fees,

demand, total billable weight, and other costs, we can’t give exact prices before the order is placed.
